Pet Rescue By Judy is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the rescue of cats and dogs. Their most urgent goal is to rescue animals that are abandoned or in distress, update their vaccines, and find good new homes for them. Pet Rescue By Judy also strives to educate pet owners and the general public on proper care of animals and wellness centers in the local community.
Give Kids The World is a nonprofit organization that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses and their families from all over the world. They can enjoy the magic of Give Kids The World Village, a 79-acre resort in Central Florida that provides accommodations in fully-furnished villas, transportation, tickets to theme parks, meals, daily entertainment and much more.
Clean the World collects and recycles soap and hygiene products discarded every day by the hospitality industry and other sectors that generate environmental waste. The distribution of these products to impoverished people helps prevent millions of hygiene-related deaths each year, reduces the morbidity rate for hygiene-related illnesses, and encourages vigorous childhood development.
The Florida Literacy Coalition (FLC) promotes, supports and advocates for the effective delivery of quality adult and family literacy services in the state of Florida. FLC also assists many community-based organizations with promoting professional development, training and technical assistance, student involvement, resource sharing, networking, and new literacy-based initiatives.
Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is a private, nonprofit organization that collects, stores and distributes donated food to more than 550 feeding partners in six Central Florida counties.
