505 Courtland is a brand new 16-story apartment community breathing new life into Atlanta’s historic SoNo District (South of Midtown). We were honored to play a role in contributing to the new visual identity and atmosphere of this up-and-coming neighborhood through branding one of its first residential communities. Targeting young, well-educated, game-changing individuals with a pulse on style and popular culture, the resulting brand is bold, energized, and eclectic, as well as localized, optimistic, and transformative. Using a 90s-inspired color palette, graphics, and lettering, paired with conversational and empowering messaging, our brand identity for 505 stakes a claim and makes a striking statement.
