-This position must have the ability to manage and maintain multiple social media channels for Bigeye clients and partners.
-The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more for a number of different brands.
-Tasks will include, but are not limited to, creating engaging social media content for a variety of clients in different industries, posting to multiple platforms on a daily basis, managing monthly content calendars, and reporting on social media metrics.
-The Social Media Specialist will work on the Operations team and will report directly to the Agency Content Manager.

-1-2 years of experience in professional social media management at an agency or company. This is a required qualification.
-A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or a relevant field.
-Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter on a professional level.
-The ability to monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and create content for various social media platforms at an agency or brand.
-Possesses strong attention to detail and time management skills, and an ability to balance the priorities and needs of multiple time-sensitive projects, along with the ability to proof all deliverables.
-Experience with social media management tools like Hubspot, SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Planoly, Later, etc.
-Understands social media marketing metrics and has the ability to report on performance analytics every month.
-Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is strongly preferred.
-Strong research skills to keep up with industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.
-Is a driven, energetic, and positive thinker. A collaborative team player who is willing to go above and beyond when necessary.
