Operations Internship

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the work of a dynamic, fast-growing advertising agency and gain hands-on experience across core operational functions. As an Operations Intern, you’ll have the chance to learn the inner workings of agency life from some of the best in the industry. This is a semester-long, in-office internship.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking an operations intern currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. In this role, you’ll support various members of the operations team with a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Conducting research on prospective clients and industry trends

Assisting with the development of sales strategies to support business growth

Helping to manage and maintain CRM systems, including contact organization, data entry, and pipeline hygiene

Supporting project and task management efforts across internal agency teams

Assisting in the development and tracking of project timelines and schedules

Providing support for logistics, inventory tracking, and sample management

Contributing to internal communications and agency workflow optimization

Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to jump in wherever needed.

Qualifications

Available to work 16 hours per week, in-office

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with poise and accuracy

Enjoys building and refining processes—particularly CRM upkeep and list management

Thrives on completing tasks and moving projects forward

Positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
