Patina Restaurant Group, a global hospitality leader operating 40+ premium restaurant concepts including flagship locations at Disney Springs, faced an underperforming Sunday brunch at Maria & Enzo’s. As part of Delaware North’s $3+ billion portfolio, they needed strategic intervention to maximize revenue from this prime Disney Springs location. Bigeye conducted comprehensive research combining quantitative data and qualitative insights to understand audience behavior and develop the “Have Amoré” brunch rebrand. Our immersive campaign encompassed messaging, visual identity, photography direction, experiential design, and paid social campaigns. We created authentic Italian La Dolce Vita experiences from digital ads through dining touchpoints. Results were immediate: 1,258 website sessions, $8.44 cost per conversion on mobile calls, 57% increase in Google Search interest, and transformed Sunday brunch into a profitable revenue driver.
